em88 Terms & Conditions

§ 1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "em88" / "we" / "us" / "the Platform" refers to the online gaming platform accessible at em88.bio and all associated services, sub-pages, and mobile interfaces.
• "Player" / "you" / "User" refers to any individual who has registered an account with em88 or who accesses any service provided through em88.bio.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created on the em88 platform, including the associated wallet balance, transaction history, bonus status, and personal settings.
• "Real Money Wager" refers to any bet or stake placed using funds held in the player's main wallet, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any credits, free spins, reload bonuses, or promotional rewards granted to a Player by em88, subject to separate wagering requirements and terms.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the statutory body responsible for authorizing and regulating gambling activities in the Philippines.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and document verification process required by em88 before processing withdrawals and to verify player eligibility.
• "GCash" / "PayMaya" refers to the Philippine digital wallet services accepted as deposit and withdrawal methods on the em88 platform.

§ 2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the em88 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including all policies incorporated by reference (the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and Bonus Terms).

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and em88. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must cease using the em88 platform immediately and close your account if one has been created.

These Terms apply to all users of the em88 platform including registered players, visitors browsing the site without an account, and any third party accessing em88 services on behalf of a registered player.

§ 3 Eligibility & Age Verification

To register and use the em88 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and for the entire duration of your account's existence:

• You must be at least 21 years of age as required by Philippine gambling regulations applicable to casino-style online gaming under PAGCOR's regulatory framework.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation or other legal entity) and must be acting in your own personal capacity.
• You must not be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current or former employee, director, officer, or agent of em88 or any affiliated entity, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or PAGCOR exclusion list at the time of registration or during account operation.

Age verification is conducted during the KYC process. em88 accepts valid Philippine government-issued identification including PhilSys National ID, driver's license, passport, SSS ID, GSIS ID, PRC ID, Voter's ID, and UMID as acceptable age verification documents.

§ 4 Account Registration & KYC

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on the em88 platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. em88 employs automated and manual systems to detect duplicate accounts based on mobile number, identity documents, device fingerprint, and IP address patterns.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information including your legal full name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and email address. You must update your account information promptly if any of these details change.

Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is required before withdrawals exceeding ₱5,000 per transaction can be processed, and in certain cases at em88's discretion for lower amounts. KYC requires submission of:

• A clear photograph of a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (one of the acceptable documents listed in Section 3).
• A selfie photograph of the player holding the same ID document, taken on the day of submission.
• Proof of payment method ownership where the deposit method used is a bank account (e.g., a screenshot of the bank account in the player's name).

em88 aims to complete standard KYC verification within 24 hours of document submission during business hours. Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of account creation may result in account restrictions including suspension of withdrawal privileges.

§ 5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your em88 login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time PIN (OTP) verification codes sent to your registered mobile number. em88 will never request your password through any channel.

You must not share your em88 account credentials with any third party, including family members. Any activity conducted through your account — regardless of whether you personally authorized it — is your sole responsibility.

• If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must contact em88 support immediately via live chat or the support email address.
• em88 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access where the player's negligence (e.g., sharing credentials, using public computers without logging out) contributed to the breach.
• em88 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account to provide an additional layer of protection against unauthorized access.

§ 6 Deposits & Payments

All deposits on the em88 platform are denominated and processed exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). em88 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available at em88's discretion and will be displayed in the player's account cashier section.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. There is no processing fee charged by em88 on standard deposits; however, players should be aware that their payment provider may apply separate transaction fees that are beyond em88's control.

• GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to the player's account balance instantly upon successful confirmation from the payment provider.
• Bank transfer deposits (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are typically credited within the same business day for transfers submitted before the applicable bank cutoff time.
• Players must only deposit from payment accounts registered in their own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned to the originating account where reasonably possible, less any applicable processing fees.

em88 reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of funds for any deposit where anti-money laundering compliance obligations require such verification.

§ 7 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed by em88 subject to successful KYC verification, completion of any applicable bonus wagering requirements, and compliance with anti-money laundering obligations. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. em88 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in the player's verified name.

• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval for fully verified accounts during normal operating hours.
• Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are typically processed within the same business day for requests submitted before the daily cutoff time of 3:00 PM Philippine Standard Time.
• Withdrawals submitted outside of business hours or on Philippine public holidays may be processed on the next available business day.

em88 reserves the right to perform additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing times. Players will be notified if additional verification is required.

§ 8 Bonuses & Promotions

em88 may from time to time offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, reload bonuses, and other promotional rewards to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are awarded at em88's absolute discretion and em88 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Unless stated otherwise, all bonuses carry a minimum wagering requirement before the bonus funds (and any winnings derived from them) may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Bonus funds are separate from real money deposit funds. Wagering will first be deducted from real money balances before bonus funds are used, unless the specific bonus mechanics specify otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value other than as redeemable wagering credits subject to these terms.
• em88 reserves the right to void any bonus and any associated winnings if em88 determines that a player has attempted to abuse the bonus system, including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering patterns, or any other method designed to exploit the bonus structure.
• Unless otherwise specified, bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion. Unused bonus funds expire at the end of the validity period and are forfeited.

§ 9 Game Rules & Fairness

All games offered on the em88 platform are operated by licensed third-party game providers including but not limited to PG Soft, JILI Games, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, SA Gaming, and other certified providers. Each game is governed by the specific rules of the game provider and by the game's published return-to-player (RTP) rates.

em88 and its game providers use Random Number Generator (RNG) software to determine game outcomes. All RNG systems used on the em88 platform have been independently tested and certified for randomness and fairness by recognized testing laboratories.

• em88 does not and cannot manipulate individual game outcomes. The results of each spin, hand, roll, or draw are determined solely by the certified RNG at the moment of play.
• In the event of a game malfunction or technical error that results in an invalid game round, em88 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the staked amount to the player's account.
• Any wager placed on a game that subsequently encounters a software error or communication failure during settlement will be handled according to the game provider's malfunction policy, which typically results in the bet being voided.
• em88 is not responsible for any losses incurred as a result of an internet connection failure on the player's side. It is the player's responsibility to ensure they have a stable internet connection when placing real money wagers.

§ 10 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the em88 platform. em88 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in any prohibited activity and to void all associated wagers, bonuses, and withdrawals:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false personal information during registration or KYC, impersonating another person, or using a stolen identity or payment method.
• Money laundering: Using the em88 platform to process, layer, or integrate funds derived from illegal activity in violation of Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) and its amendments.
• Underage gambling: Registering or playing while under 21 years of age, or facilitating access by persons under 21.
• Bonus abuse: Creating multiple accounts, using software to exploit bonus mechanics, engaging in matched betting using em88 bonus funds, or any coordinated strategy designed to circumvent bonus wagering requirements.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players in a manner that gives any party an unfair advantage, including chip dumping in poker games or coordinated betting in live dealer games.
• Use of automated tools: Deploying bots, scripts, automated betting software, AI-assisted wagering tools, or any non-human mechanism to interact with the em88 platform.
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or manifest errors in game outcomes. Any winnings arising from a manifest error are void and will be removed from the player's account.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or payment provider for deposits made on the em88 platform. If a chargeback is initiated, em88 reserves the right to suspend the account and pursue recovery of the disputed amount.

§ 11 Responsible Gaming

em88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and complying with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework. em88 provides the following tools to all registered players directly within their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once set, deposit limits cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours to prevent impulsive decisions.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum daily session duration, after which they will be automatically logged out of their account.
• Loss Limits: Players may set a maximum net loss threshold per day, week, or month. Once the threshold is reached, the player's account will be automatically restricted from further wagering for the applicable period.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of between 6 months and 5 years, or a permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion is irreversible during the elected period and cannot be lifted early at the player's request.
• Reality Checks: Players may set periodic in-session notifications reminding them of the duration of their current gaming session and their net result.

§ 12 Intellectual Property

All content on the em88 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, user interface elements, game graphics, logos, trademarks, software code, and audiovisual content — is the property of em88 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international treaties.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the em88 platform for personal, non-commercial gambling entertainment purposes only. This license does not grant you any right to copy, reproduce, republish, transmit, distribute, scrape, or create derivative works from any em88 content.

The em88 name, logo, and all associated brand marks are registered trademarks of em88. Unauthorized use of these marks for any commercial purpose is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

§ 13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, em88 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to access the em88 platform, including losses resulting from internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or third-party payment system outages.
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the em88 platform, even if em88 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account where such access was facilitated by your failure to maintain adequate security of your login credentials.
• Losses resulting from your reliance on information or predictions related to game outcomes — all game outcomes are determined by RNG and are inherently unpredictable.

em88's total aggregate liability to any player under these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount of real money deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

§ 14 Account Suspension & Termination

em88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent, collusive, or illegal activity.
• Request or requirement by PAGCOR or any competent Philippine regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• Detection of duplicate accounts associated with the player.
• Player self-exclusion request under the Responsible Gaming provisions.
• Extended periods of account inactivity (accounts with zero balance inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be closed).

Upon account termination for reasons other than player-side breach, em88 will return any remaining real money balance (excluding bonus funds and wagering-requirement-locked winnings) to the player via the player's last verified withdrawal method within 10 business days.

§ 15 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between a player and em88 arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting em88's customer support team. em88 will endeavor to acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within 5 business days and provide a substantive response within 30 business days.

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines. Players who believe em88 has acted in violation of PAGCOR regulations may also submit a complaint directly to PAGCOR through PAGCOR's official complaint channels.

§ 16 Amendments to These Terms

em88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered players via the email address or mobile number on record at least 7 days before taking effect, where reasonably practicable.

Non-material amendments — such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions that do not change the substantive rights of players, or updates required for regulatory compliance — may take effect immediately upon publication on this page.

The date at the top of this page ("Last updated") will be revised each time a change is made. Your continued use of the em88 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using em88 and may request account closure in accordance with Section 14.
